DenverAirportTransfer – Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You can cancel your reservation with a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time (Denver time zone).
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of the pickup time, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
- Cancellation Method: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [book@denverairporttransfer.com].
Changes to Your Reservation
- Passenger Responsibility: It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to their reservation, such as flight number or arrival time.
- Change Requests: All changes must be made through our office by email or phone at +1(720) 780 0606.
- Driver Restrictions: Drivers are not authorized to make changes to reservations, adjust fees, or accept payments other than tips.
Stops & Detours
- Included Stop: Your reservation includes one free 15-minute stop every 2.5 hours of travel.
- Additional Stops: Any unscheduled stops will be charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate plus applicable fees.
- Stop Restrictions: We may refuse additional stops, especially during peak season, to maintain schedules and ensure timely service for other clients.
Weather & Traffic Delays
- Delays: DenverAirportTransfer is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle malfunctions or road closures.
- Late Arrivals: We cannot guarantee arrival times and are not responsible for passengers missing flights or appointments due to unforeseen delays.
No-Shows
- No-Show Definition: A “no-show” occurs if a passenger misses their pickup without prior notification.
- No-Show Charges: No-shows will be charged the full base rate of the booking plus applicable fees.
Damage to the Vehicle
- Passenger Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party.
- Damage Fees: Repair and cleaning costs will be charged to the client.
- Lost Items: DenverAirportTransfer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. We will assist in locating and returning lost items at the owner’s expense.
Vehicle Capacity
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring the chosen vehicle is suitable for their passenger and luggage needs.
- Overloading: Vehicles cannot be overloaded.
Driver’s Right to Stop
- Negligence: The driver has the right to stop the vehicle in case of passenger negligence.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for bookings canceled due to passenger negligence.
Child Seats
- Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for installing any necessary child seats, whether provided by the company or brought by the passenger.
Credit Card Policy
- Cardholder Authorization: By making a reservation, you authorize us to charge the provided credit/debit card for the full cost of the service.
- Secure Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Agreement
By paying for the reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO MEET YOUR DRIVER:
After completing the reservation on the website, you will receive the name and the phone number of your driver 12 hours before your pick-up.
If you are getting picked up at the city, the driver will contact you and let you know when he arrives.
If you are getting picked up at the airport, then upon your arrival, please turn your phone on and the driver will contact you. (If you have an international phone number, you also can contact the office by WhatsApp +1(720) 780 0606. The driver will let you know where and how he will meet with you. (If you need the driver to meet you inside of the airport with the sign, you should specify that request when making a reservation, it is an extra $50 charge).
ColoradoTransfer is not responsible if the passenger is not available after arrival. If the passenger cannot find his vehicle, he is supposed to contact the dispatch office at +1(720) 780 0606. Customers have 45 minutes of free waiting time for luggage claims for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals. If the waiting time exceeds these limits, ColoradoTransfer has the right to charge an additional fee for every 15 minutes of waiting at the airport.
If the passenger fails to let us know about any delays, the company has the right to withdraw the vehicle. It will be considered a completed trip and 100% payment for the reservation will be charged.
ColoradoTransfer is not responsible for the delivery of the luggage if it does not fit the requested vehicle type indicated in the confirmation. ColoradoTransfer is not responsible for any delays resulting in late cancellations or no-show-ups. If contact is not made after the courtesy timeout has expired or passengers leave the pickup location without notifying ColoradoTransfer, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and charges equal to the base rate of the booking plus all applicable charges will apply.
WAITING TIME during off-airport pick-up
Upon arrival at the pick-up location and at the time specified in your reservation, you have 15 minutes of free waiting before the start of your trip. ColoradoTransfer will charge an additional payment for each 15 minutes of downtime according to our tariff. After 30 minutes of downtime, ColoradoTransfer has the right to withdraw the vehicle you reserved back, and it will be considered as completed reservation and the cost of the reservation will be charged 100%
SMOKING/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES POLICY
All vehicles are maintained according to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. It is prohibited to smoke or consume alcoholic beverages at any time inside, near or around vehicles.
MISSED FLIGHTS / DELAYS
In case of missed flights or delays, its the passenger’s responsibility to notify DenverAirportTransfer by calling the dispatch office at +1(720) 780 0606 to reschedule reserved pickup. In case of a delay during the flight or after take-off, we will track the arrival time and accommodate according to our capabilities, no additional charges will be applied.
If your flight is canceled for any reason, regardless of you, you should notify us 12 hours in advance to reschedule your pick-up from the mountain area and 4 hours in advance of pickup from the Denver area. (For example, if you are traveling to Denver airport from a ski resort and due to weather conditions your flight is canceled, you are supposed to notify us 12 hours in advance about the rescheduling of your pick-up). If you change your reservation time by less than the above-mentioned time, your current reservation will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% plus all applicable fees. Please make sure all the flight, contact and reservation information you provided us with is correct. We are not responsible if the arrival/departure information is incorrect or not provided to us at all. We track only the flight numbers that have been originally provided at the time of reservation.
Meeting Your Driver
- Airport Pickups:
- Upon arrival, turn on your phone. The driver will contact you to arrange the meeting point.
- For international arrivals, allow 60 minutes for luggage claim. For domestic arrivals, allow 45 minutes.
- Airport meet-and-greet service is available for an additional $50 fee (must be requested during booking).
- City Pickups: The driver will contact you to confirm the pickup time and location.
- Driver Contact: You will receive the driver’s name and phone number 12 hours prior to your pickup.
- Missed Connections: If you cannot locate your driver, contact the dispatch office at +1(720) 780 0606.
- Waiting Time:
- Airport: Free waiting time for luggage claim as noted above.
- City Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time at the designated pickup location.
- Excess Waiting Time: Charges may apply for waiting times exceeding the allotted free time.
- No-Shows: If passengers miss their pickup without notifying DenverAirportTransfer, the booking will be treated as a no-show and charged the full base rate plus applicable fees.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
- Missed Flights: If you miss your flight, notify DenverAirportTransfer at +1(720) 780 0606 to reschedule your pickup.
- Flight Delays: We will track your flight’s arrival time and adjust accordingly. No extra charges will apply for flight delays.
- Flight Cancellations:
- For mountain area pickups: Notify us at least 12 hours in advance for rescheduling.
- For Denver area pickups: Notify us at least 4 hours in advance for rescheduling.
- Late cancellation notifications may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Important Notes:
- Accurate Information: Ensure all flight details, contact information, and reservation details are accurate.
- Luggage: ColoradoTransfer is not responsible if your luggage does not fit the reserved vehicle type.
- Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in or around our vehicles.
Waiting Time Charges
- Off-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time are allowed.
- Excess Waiting: Charges will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting beyond the free time.
Responsibility
- Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their belongings and any damage caused to the vehicle.
- Child Seats: Passengers are responsible for installing any necessary child seats.
